Delivery & Returns


Order processing and delivery time

Our delivery charges are intended to cover the processing of your order, handling and packing the products, and finally delivering them to you. Please note, that all of our products are handmade to order, which means that we manufacture all items specially for the order. Manufacturing usually takes around 5 business days, therefore items are dispatched within a week of ordering.

Usual delivery time:

Lithuania 3 – 7 business days

Europe 3 – 14 business days

Rest of the world 10 – 20 business days

Free worldwide delivery

We ship to over 150 countries worldwide and we offer Courier Delivery that is free for all orders above 100EUR.

International taxes for orders outside the EU

Customs and/or import duties are often applied once the delivery reaches its destination. Any of such fees must be paid by the addressee. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the relating costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.


Refunds & Exchanges:

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

In any case the item must be returned in unused condition in its original package. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. Shipping costs are non – refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What if the item is defected?

If the goods are damaged, faulty on arrival or we sent you incorrect order please contact us within 48 hours and we will refund all the costs, including all shipping and handling costs. For your convenience, we can also arrange for a courier company to pick up the package from your home at no cost.

How to send back an item?

When sending back an item, use a carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number from your carrier. Items lost in transit are not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to reduce your refund in order to compensate for any damage the items may have experienced during the process of return.
